Christoph Schmid will assume the position of Managing Director of Swiss Helicopter AG as of January 1, 2026.
Following a structured handover phase starting October 1, 2025, with his predecessor, he will take responsibility for around 130 employees, 34 helicopters, and 15 locations in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The Board of Directors is pleased with the appointment. Severin Riedi, Chairman of the Board of SHG, emphasizes: “With this appointment, the successfully initiated path can be consistently continued.
