On the 1st of March 2019, I started as a flight assistant at the two Berner Oberländer bases in Gsteigwiler and Zweisimmen. I liked the variety of the challenging tasks right from the start.

I was immediately able to benefit from training courses, including Team Leader HESLO/HEC Instructor or on the topics of dangerous goods or working on suspended ropes.

In 2021, I took over the position of chief flight assistant in the Berner Oberland. I was therefore responsible for the flight assistants (recruitment, training and further training, etc.), was able to prepare and lead training days and was responsible for the regional flight operations material.

Over the past four years, I have been able to fulfil the role of chief flight assistant with great passion for people, nature, physical work and of course the fascination of flying.

On the 1st of October 2022, I took on the role of NPGO (Nominated Person Ground Ops). This means that I am now the line manager for the entire flight crew throughout Switzerland. Being able to contribute my part is a great motivating and fills me with pride.

After two years as Chief Flight Attendant and NPGO, I handed over the role of Chief Flight Attendant to a younger colleague on the 1st of February 2025, so that I could devote more time to the physical work of flight operations with my crew in the summer.
