Flight assistant

BOHAG (now Swiss Helicopter AG)

I have been fascinated by aviation since I was a child. I joined BOHAG as a flight assistant in 2004. As a trained carpenter, this was a new, varied and very instructive job. Right from the start, I was fascinated by the interplay between technology and organization.

Chief flight assistant

BOHAG (now Swiss Helicopter AG)

After three years as a flight assistant, I took over the training and supervision of the team as chief flight assistant. At the same time, I was involved in setting up and implementing a standardised training program for flight assistants. I was also responsible for the sling material and the vehicle fleet.

Project and Operations Manager

BOHAG (now Swiss Helicopter AG)

In addition to flight operations, I became increasingly enthusiastic about other areas of the company. I took on projects and the scheduling of helicopters, crews and flight orders. The direct dialogue with customers was always particularly valuable for me - I was able to make interesting contacts and build up a strong network.

Base Manager

Swiss Helicopter AG

I have been managing our base in Zweisimmen since 2012. A particular highlight was supporting the new building, which we realised with Rega from planning to commissioning.

Member of the Executive Board & Regional Manager

Swiss Helicopter AG

Since 2015, I have represented the Bernese Oberland and Western Switzerland on the Executive Board of Swiss Helicopter AG as Regional Manager. I also support the marketing department and contribute my passion for photography to the visual appearance.

I am grateful and proud of my career path from flight assistant to the management of Switzerland's largest helicopter company - an opportunity that is anything but a given.
